Mike was born in 1961 in San Jose. He attended Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose, graduating in 1979. Mike graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 1983 and a Masters in Business Administration in 1993.
Between 1983 and joining Souza Realty & Development in 1993, Mike worked in various finance and accounting positions with Motorola Computer Systems and National Semiconductor Corporation in Silicon Valley.
Mike currently is the lead contact for our real estate brokerage business, is in charge of property marketing and advertising,
is the editor of the
quarterly Souza Realty &
Development newsletter
Reflections on Real
Estate and maintains the computer-based resources of Souza Realty & Development. He also participates in the management of several commercial properties in Tracy. Mike was a member of the 2001 Tracy Tomorrow Community Enrichment Task Force.
Mike is currently enrolled as a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation as part of the CCIM Institute.
Mike is a member of the
Central Valley,
California and National
Associations of
Realtors.
